the problems with such a list for “work-place ambiance” are 1)too extensive to implement; 2)lists imply priority - that may not match your particular priorities and 3)work-place problems change quite frequently.
the best projects i have been on use a weekly B&C list to determine what are the current non-technical related problems. Invariably, the can-do-it genius was the single greatest annoyance.
